Tentex Updates

This page tracks how Tentex evolves as an execution platform. Major structural changes across Run Specs, Studio, Console, the ladder, and future AI execution upgrades are documented here so you can see what’s live, what’s stable, and what’s coming next.

2026-03 • Run Spec + Studio + Console Operating Layer

Current
  • Run Specs upgraded into a free execution-planning layer with copyable Run Spec output, execution preview, and clearer thresholds before a run begins.
  • Added manual testing bridge on Run Specs: users can copy a structured ChatGPT prompt, generate a rough first-pass asset, and move straight into Operator to log signal.
  • Added stronger conversion framing around Signal Sprint as the full execution version, without turning Run Specs into a full replacement for the paid system.
  • Operator / Console upgraded into a clearer execution cockpit: stronger next-action framing, signal logging flow, promotion logic, archived run handling, and improved operator decision visibility.
  • Studio refined around system execution rather than prompt collection: safer combinations, clearer preview mode, and stronger alignment with Run Spec → Studio → Console product flow.
  • Homepage, customer-path, glossary, and supporting pages updated to position Tentex as an execution platform built around validated outcomes, not prompt output.

2026-03 • Console Progression & Promotion Flow

Stable
  • Console now supports clearer promotion flow from validated run → next pack/layer, including learnings carried forward and progression ladder updates.
  • Decision system refined around Go / Iterate / Kill with more explicit next-action framing and stronger separation between signal logging and promotion logic.
  • Archived runs moved into a dedicated lower archive section with show / hide controls so the main cockpit stays focused on the active run.
  • Cyan visual treatment extended across the Console to give the product a more premium execution-platform feel without changing underlying logic or entitlements.

2026-03 • Studio Preview & System Builder Refinements

Stable
  • Studio visual system updated to align with the newer cyan-accent Tentex UI direction.
  • Dropdown styling, preview panels, and execution preview framing refined for stronger readability and better consistency across devices.
  • Preview mode messaging tightened to make the difference between blueprint preview and full unlocked execution clearer.
  • System builder preserved all entitlement and pack-gating logic while improving clarity around what is visible in preview mode versus full mode.

2026-02 • V2 Ladder Enhancements (Signal Sprint + Premium Delivery Layer)

Historical
  • Added Signal Sprint as the official entry step in the ladder: Signal Sprint → Starter Bundle → Money Pack → Automation Vault.
  • Improved Studio onboarding context with optional Build With Me inputs (niche + goal) that can be injected into prompt output for clearer first runs.
  • Expanded pack delivery flow: Success page → Portal / Studio / Downloads with cookie-based entitlements preserved (no breaking changes to IDs).
  • Standardised direct download routing so all packs resolve through /downloads for consistent access and fewer edge-case failures.
  • Upgraded pack positioning across the site to reinforce V2: systems, not prompts — focused execution loops instead of prompt libraries.

2025-12 • Studio System Builder & Progression Layer

Historical
  • Introduced Tentex Studio system builder (pack → system → outcome → difficulty) with consistent dropdowns and safe, valid combinations.
  • Added Preview Mode + soft gating: Studio can be browsed when locked, but system generation requires unlock.
  • Added lightweight progression guidance so customers always know the next best step (without changing the core Studio flow).
  • Improved repeat-run flow: generate → run in your AI tool → return to Studio for the next execution step.

Roadmap • AI Execution Layer

Planned
  • Add internal AI execution assist inside Tentex: generate first-pass execution assets directly from Run Spec and Studio selections.
  • Introduce gated AI action buttons instead of a generic chat layer: Generate Message, Generate Offer, Generate Variation, Improve This, and Suggest Next Step.
  • Add system-aware AI routes that read Run Spec, pack, channel, and outcome so outputs stay structured and aligned to Tentex logic.
  • Future Operator AI assist: read signal logs, thresholds, and recent evidence to recommend whether the run should go, iterate, or kill.
  • Add AI-assisted progression prompts so Tentex can recommend the next pack, next run, or next execution layer based on results.
  • Explore Firebase-backed persistence for saved AI generations, run history, prompt versions, and user-level execution memory while leaving entitlements and pack logic intact.

If you own a pack, you’ll get access to all updates for that pack at no extra cost. You can always download the latest version from your Portal: tentexai.com/portal .
