Welcome to Tentex (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Tentex products, systems, prompts, templates, or digital downloads (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Products.

1. Overview

Tentex provides digital products including AI systems, workflows, prompts, automation resources and related documentation. All Products are delivered digitally and are licensed, not sold.

2. Licence

When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that Product in accordance with the licence type selected at checkout (for example, personal or commercial use).

You may:

• Use Tentex Products for your own personal or business projects.
• Modify the files for your internal use.
• Build systems, workflows or templates inspired by the content.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the files in their original or near-original form.
• Make the content available in public libraries, repositories or marketplaces.
• Sell derivative versions that substantially copy the original content.
• Claim the content as your own original intellectual property.

For any use that goes beyond internal use within your own organisation, a suitable commercial licence must be purchased.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, devices and any order access links provided to you. Tentex is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from lost, shared or compromised credentials.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, currently Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change from time to time. Tentex does not store full credit card details.

5. Delivery

Our Products are delivered digitally. Delivery typically occurs immediately after successful payment via on-screen confirmation, email receipt and/or access through your Tentex / Lemon Squeezy account.

If you do not receive your files within 10 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folders and then contact us if needed.

6. Refunds

Because our Products are digital and access cannot be revoked once delivered, all sales are generally final. Limited exceptions may apply as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All Tentex content, branding, copy, designs and digital assets are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase grants you a licence to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership.

Unauthorised distribution or resale of the Products, or substantial copies of them, is prohibited and may result in licence termination and legal action.

8. Disclaimer

Our Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide high-quality systems and resources, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, outcomes or suitability for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for how you implement and use the Products in your own business or context.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tentex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Products.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Products after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
