Tentex provides digital Products that are delivered immediately after purchase. Because these Products include instant access to downloadable files and systems, we are unable to offer open-ended refunds once access has been granted.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each Tentex pack includes clear “How This Works” and “Start Here” guidance to help you understand what you’re buying and how to use it effectively.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are considered final once a Product has been delivered or accessed.

This policy helps protect the integrity of our systems and ensures fair access for all customers.

2. Exceptions

In limited cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion, including:

• Duplicate purchases of the same Product.
• Accidental double charges or clear billing errors.
• Verified technical issues that prevent access to the Product and cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting.
• Failure to receive Product access (for example, delivery or email issues) where we are unable to re-provide access through alternative means.

3. Situations Not Covered

Refunds cannot be provided for the following situations:

• A change of mind after purchase.
• Deciding the Product is no longer needed.
• Expecting specific results, income, or outcomes that were not explicitly stated in the Product description.
• Requests made after the Product has been downloaded or accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:

• Your order number.
• The email address used at checkout.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke access to any Products associated with the order and to restrict future purchases.
