Licence & Usage Rights

This page explains how you are allowed to use Tentex Products once purchased. These terms apply in addition to our main Terms of Service.
1. General Principles
All Tentex Products are licensed, not sold. You are granted a licence to use the content for your own personal or business purposes, depending on the licence purchased. Intellectual property rights remain with Tentex.
2. Personal Licence
Under a personal-use licence, you may:
- Use the Product for your own personal projects and experiments.
- Modify the content for your own internal use.
- Incorporate ideas, prompts and systems into your own work.
You may not:
- Resell, share or redistribute the files in any form.
- Give clients or third parties direct access to the original content.
- Upload the content to public repositories, prompt libraries or marketplaces.
3. Commercial Licence
Under a commercial-use licence, you may:
- Use the Product in your own business or professional practice.
- Incorporate concepts and workflows into services you deliver to clients.
- Use the materials across multiple internal projects and teams.
You may not:
- Resell or repackage Tentex Products as your own digital products.
- Share source files directly with clients or third parties as a deliverable.
- Host the content in a way that allows public download or copying.
4. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Tentex Products to:
- Create competing prompt packs or systems that substantially copy Tentex content.
- Train public AI models on Tentex materials for the purpose of redistribution.
- Engage in illegal, harmful or abusive activities.
5. Termination
If you breach these licence terms, your licence may be terminated, and access to Products may be revoked without refund. We may also take legal action where appropriate.
